This game had a descent start, i was distracted by the premise of the game, the location (London), the anticipation of a good story, and the challenge of puzzles. I was sorely disappointed in all aspects, but the story which was ok (only about 20% of the game). i've tried hidden puzzle games before and found that I'm not a fan due to repeating scenes over and over, Having to find the same items over and over, some items were not logical for the category you had to find items. As I advanced in the game I started to see how contrived the game was, to further the story you had to find items of which most were illogical and almost all had nothing to do with the story.

Interesting topic, graphics were great, I like seek and finds as long as there are puzzles included to keep me from going crazy.

The 360 degree view technology is great, but the game itself is very boring, I could not wait to finish playing this game. In fact, before I finished it, I had already ordered another game to replace this one. The mini-games were barely very challenging and after a while, I really got sick of continuing to depress the mouse to keep roaming around the room. I doubt I will ever order another game with 360 degree technology, this techonlogy would be great for a travel brochure.

I own a number of hidden object games and enjoy them, but this one just kind of annoyed me. I didn't like the searching 360 degrees of a room (the point-of-view is standing in the middle of room and turning around to search. including looking up at the ceiling and turning and looking down at the floor and turning), or having objects so small you need to use a magnifying glass to see them. The story line was meh, and the ending was dull.
Some of the mini games were fun, but not enough to make this game one I would recommend to someone else to play.

I suppose because I was new to these "puzzle" games I wasn't sure what to expect with this type of game. I did enjoy the game but wasn't blown away as the other people were who gave it 5 stars. I expected more character interaction and strategy. Overall, I liked it. I found it interesting, and it kept my interest. The graphics were cute, and the objective (to find the identity of Jack the Ripper) was intriguing. In any case, it is a fine and at times, challenging game.
